What problems does SimpleDMS solve?
Concept
SimpleDMS's metadata-based concept enables efficient filing and quick retrieval of documents after a short training period.
The core of the concept consists of:
- a sophisticated tagging system for categorizing documents, as well as
- workspaces (Spaces) for shared or private access to documents.
Integrations
SimpleDMS connects to existing tools through integrations and apps. The current list includes the Nextcloud integration, the Progressive Web App, and the Android app. A Chrome extension is planned.
